Join Mary Blackmon for a relaxing and restorative Chair Yoga sessions designed for all ages and abilities. This gentle form of yoga is practiced while seated or using a chair for support, making it accessible for everyone — including those with limited mobility, balance concerns, or anyone seeking a mindful movement practice.

Mary will guide participants through a series of gentle stretches, breathing exercises, and seated postures that promote flexibility, improve circulation, and release tension from the body. Each session concludes with a short period of guided relaxation and deep breathing, leaving you refreshed and centered.
