Adults share life together as followers of Jesus by supporting and inviting one another into prayer, faith formation, fellowship, and opportunities for outreach.

 Doing Life Together

Sundays   9:30am - 10:30am

A very caring class made up of singles and marrieds with school age children and empty-nesters. Stand-alone lessons and discussions on Biblical and contemporary issues are taught weekly.

Made up of “older adult men”. Leo Matheny leads the class by using the Bible and singing hymns.

When you ring handbells, you understand what it means to be the body of Christ...Each member plays an essential part!

This class has lessons that range from Biblical studies to contemporary issues in the headlines and stimulate open discussion. This is a mission minded group where anyone can belong.

As the letters on the name indicate, this ladies class is Faithful, Earnest, Altruistic, Loyal, Thankful, and Youthful in their approach to Sunday School using the Adult Bible study series.

A class pursuing the Adult Bible Study series and enjoy the small group setting.

Different ages and stages of life make up this class of open, honest conversations about intentionally choosing to follow the teachings of Jesus one step at
a time.

Wander With Wonder

Wander through Bible stories from the Old and New Testaments and wonder about who God is and who we are as God’s children.  Meet upstairs in the Children’s Choir Room.

A unique blend of personalities, each contributing greatly to the class. Lessons are heavy on class discussion and emphasize modern Biblical scholarship. No question is off-limits and diverse viewpoints are treated with respect!

A class with roundtable discussion for singles and couples. Our major emphasis is a book-by-book study of the Bible. We move at our own pace and encourage open discussion of personal situations as they relate to the study.

A class composed of persons, pairs, and spares who are in the 50+ age group. The class utilizes the Adult Bible Study series, International Lesson Series, and other short-term series. They enjoy getting to know one another through quarterly socials and have a great support network.

All curriculum is Biblically based and designed to help students build a strong faith foundation!

Confirmation : Never Stop Wondering

A class designed to help young people (generally 6'th graders) claim faith for themselves that culminates in the opportunity to make a public profession of faith and join the church. A separate class is offered for parents/guardians.

Faith  Food  Fellowship
Wednesdays at 11:15am in the Parlor
$7 lunch by reservation (476-5586)

We are a Christian group of individuals who gather during the day mid-week. Starting with mid-day prayers, we share a short devotion and discussion that reminds us of our choice to follow Jesus.

Many of the stories of Jesus happen during meal-time, so an essential part of our gathering each week is food. We enjoy a home cooked meal prepared with love. Please make a reservation at (476-5586)
The best part of our time together is fellowship. We share what is happening in our own lives and the world. Sometimes we have special projects that guide our conversation and other times we have a special program. Most of all, we like to share stories and laugh.

The journey of following Jesus includes ongoing study of scripture. Opportunities for small groups are listed below. Contact the church office (476-5586) to join a study or to discuss starting something new.
