The Broad Street adult choirs, Advanced Handbells, and children's choirs will lead us in worship, singing arrangements of favorite hymns and songs that celebrate the gift of music.  Singing is one of the best ways we can praise God and share our faith together. Don't miss this service of hymn singing!

Women's Bible Study

"James: Mercy Triumphs"

Ladies, it is time for our Winter Bible study!!!  Let's come together and study Beth Moore's new "James: Mercy Triumphs" study.  What good is your faith? Let's find out as we begin our eight-week study on February 7 at the home of Reed & Cathy Shell, 271 English Oaks Dr. NE.  The cost of the study is $25.  The meeting times are 9:30-11:30 am and 6:00-8:00 pm.  To reserve a book call Cathy Shell.

Stephen Ministry Logo

Bear One Another's Burdens

In Galatians 6, Paul tells us to "carry each other's burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ."  At Broad Street, our six Stephen Ministers have been trained to do just that. They provide one-on-one care, prayer, and support to those who are going through a difficult time. If you or someone you know could benefit from a Stephen Minister, please contact Reed Shell, Debbie Stokes or Randy Cooper, our Stephen Leader.

Pill Packers Needed

Pill packing for future mission trips will begin in mid to late February and continue until the job is done.  The more hands we have, the quicker the task will be completed.  We routinely pack on Wednesday mornings from 10:00 to 11:30 am, but you may pack any time that is convenient to your schedule.  Call Jackie Johnson for more details or to set up a time.

Small Group Study Opportunities

*Wednesdays  (Beginning February 1) 6:00-7:30 am AND 6:20 -7:45 pm. Study of Mere Christianity by C.S.Lewis.  This is one of the most popular introductions to Christian faith ever written.
